What does "Research Use Only" mean?
All Atlas Amino products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory and scientific research. They are not approved, labeled, or intended for human or animal consumption, clinical use, or diagnostic purposes.
Do you ship to Canada as well as the United States?
Yes. Atlas Amino ships to both the United States and Canada. Shipping cost, applicable tax (US sales tax or Canadian GST/HST), and delivery estimates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.
Are your products third-party tested?
Yes. Every batch is independently tested by an accredited third-party laboratory for identity, purity, and sterility. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available for our products.
How should products be stored?
Unless otherwise noted, lyophilized (freeze-dried) products should be stored in a freezer prior to reconstitution, and reconstituted solutions should be refrigerated and used within the timeframe appropriate for laboratory handling of the compound.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and other checkout options shown at checkout, processed securely through our payment providers.
How long does an order take to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by destination — see our Shipping & Returns page for details.
Will I be charged customs fees on a Canadian order?
Applicable Canadian GST/HST is calculated and collected at checkout. Depending on the product and courier, additional customs or brokerage fees may apply at delivery; these are outside our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details on damaged or incorrect orders.
Do I need to be a certain age to order?
Yes. By purchasing from Atlas Amino, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and are purchasing as, or on behalf of, a qualified research entity.
How do I access a Certificate of Analysis for my product?
